La isla bonita

Following the previous post, I selected "La isla bonita" for this weekend. The song does not need to be introduced as it is (in my opinion) one of the best works of the singer, Madonna. It was released in 1987 and was on top of the list for 2 weeks and on chart for 11 weeks.

I knew nothing about a place called San Pedro in this beautiful song until last year when a TV program introduced the area. San Pedro is located in Peru in south America and is kind of heaven on the earth.
I've a huge temptation to get there some day to see it by myself and feed my soul with the nice feelings of nature's harmony.
