So far, So close
I watched "So far, So close" last night. The story was about a doctor lost in a world. A world of himself with all its complexities which push him away from his own family and society around him.
"Your doughter is like someone stuck in a well in a desert. No way. How can I help her for a few more days? She will die. Everybody dies." says the doctor (carelessly) to the mother of a patient in an early scene of the movie.
And the ending scene of the movie: The doctor is stock in his car covered by a pile of sand-due to the storm- in the middle of a desert...
