Judgment

Spending my time with my friend Arash (last year, Iran), we talked over many things exchanging our opinions about people and their life,...

He gave a nice comment on my talk with saying "We can not judge people from the results of their works" which made me think more and more to understand if his opinion is valid for every situation or not.

The comment was very true in many aspects, you know. Many people do their best to achieve their goals but they may not reach the desirable results. There are sometimes, results in contrast with the things we expect. In scientific fields also, there are sometimes negative results showing you that the method is not applicable to the situation (this, at least, tells you that you have to choose another way to approach your goal).

The idea, however, does not work in some important cases...

  • It's true -- people do have bad days that can lead to terrible results, and that's no reflection of how they are.
judgment is sometimes a little like crying over spilled milk. The real question is, How do you deal with some of those results...?

  • Hi,
You have a point when you say we cant judge people from the result of their work as we should have an overall view to do that but at the same time you cant help judging the people.you are doing it every moment.this blog is "good" that one is "awesome".what do you call this?
